My life, the people I know, and so on.
My early life was pretty typical for a girl in small town Illinois, I guess. It wasn't until shortly after my thirteenth birthday, in November 1998, that I began to realize I wasn't exactly like other people. I was going through a lot of stress trying to figure out what that meant, and didn't realize that at the same time, my mother was having major problems of her own. This led to other things happening...the details of which I've put on this site.

Since that 'date', I've been busy, and haven't yet had a chance to edit more of what's been going on, to add it to this page. I intend to do that as soon as I can. I will say that, about a year or so later, my mother was finally released from prison. Since it was a condition of her probation that she not leave the state of Illinois--where we're originally from--I decided to leave New Orleans and join her in Chicago, which is where I'm living now.
